Unexpected chaos at check-in

The hotel offered a nice ambiance and attempted to help us with the reservation issue despite the trouble. Their effort was appreciated.

Unfortunately, our stay got off to a rocky start because our reservation couldn’t be found. It wasted a lot of our precious time and left us frustrated.

Straight talk, worth it or not?

The bed was very comfortable,, and the room was clean with efficient cooling. Great for a quick rest!

We faced numerous issues like unresponsive staff and an exasperating local policy that felt exclusionary.

The check-in process was frustrating, but the friendly housekeeping staff and delicious breakfast saved the stay from being a total loss.

We were told it was included, only to find it was not available, leading to an awkward interaction with the staff. Additionally, the bathroom door in our room wouldn't close properly, despite our repeated requests for it to be fixed. This lack of attention to detail really ruined our experience.

I loved that the hotel was just a short walk from great dining options like Ruth's Chris and Alien Brew Pub, making it super easy to grab a meal after a day of exploring nearby parks like Bataan Memorial Park, which was only around 3 km away, providing a lovely green escape in the city. the friendly staff truly enhanced my experience, always ready to assist with a smile.

Comfy King Room, but luggage carts were frustratingly small and inadequate.

The King Suite was cozy, perfect for unwinding after exploring nearby eateries like Ruth's Chris and Alien Brew Pub. Onsite dining was a lifesaver—no need to trek for grub when you're beat! Plus, the staff was super friendly.

For the price, a free breakfast should be a given, but nope! And what's up with those luggage carts? Tiny and always in short supply. Our bathroom door also fumbled to close, which was a bit of a buzzkill.

Had a pretty nice time here. The room was clean and comfy, and the mall is super close, which was great for shopping. The in-room breakfast was a nice touch too. Only bummer was the pool slide wasn’t open when we got there, which was a letdown after we had looked forward to it. Ruby at the front desk was not helpful at all.

I loved how welcoming the lobby area was, with comfortable seating and warm lighting that made it easy for us seniors to relax. The accessibility features throughout the hotel made moving around a breeze.

More comfortable beds would greatly enhance the stay.

The queen room with two queen beds was spacious and offered a cozy atmosphere. The hotel had a convenient location near shopping areas, which made exploring easy. Also, the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, making me feel at home immediately.

However, the breakfast options were somewhat limited compared to what I expected.

The room was super clean and the shower had great water pressure, which made my stay really enjoyable. I loved lounging by the indoor pool and soaking in the jacuzzi after a long day. I did have a little trouble getting my jacket sent back after checking out, so make sure to keep an eye on your stuff! 😊
